Tofu Steak

   

Ingredients:

  • Tofu (1 package)
  • Garlic (1 whole)
  • Olive oil
  • Peanut sauce (1/2 cup)
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary

Directions:

  1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut the tofu into small slices (about ½ inch thick).
  3. Finely chop garlic.
  4. Lightly coat the surface of the baking pan with olive oil then lay the tofu slices on it.
  5. Spread peanut sauce evenly on tofu slices (about 1 tbsp per slice).
  6. Sprinkle chopped garlic, thyme, and rosemary on the peanut sauce coated tofu slices.
  7. Put the tofu slices in the oven for 20 minutes or until the peanut sauce caramelizes.
  8. Enjoy!
